MY TEAM

C: Joe Mauer
C: Ramon Hernandez
1B: Albert Pujols
2B: Jeff Kent
SS: Bobby Crosby
3B: David Wright
OF: Carlos Beltran
OF: Grady Sizemore
OF: Chad Tracy
U: Prince Fielder
U: Hank Blalock
U: Jeff Franceour
U: Aubery Huff

RP: Johnathon Papelbon
RP: Tom Gordon
RP: Ryan Dempster
SP: Jake Peavy
SP: Brandon Webb
SP: Chris Capuano
SP: Jason Schmidt
SP: Cliff Lee
SP: Dan Haren

I know I dont have speed guy but I went for some guys with balance like Wright, Sizemore, Beltran. How does this team sound for a 10 team Roto League We have to have all players play at all times and we only get 9 P.

Not a bad team overall

Postby joshc » Mon May 15, 2006 5:20 pm

I like your overall team, espescially pitching. I think Huff is a waste of time, and franceour is heating it up but he is streaky so ride it while it lasts.

You are not bad with stolen bases, since you have a few guys with 20+ potential but I would say you could use some more...

Huff was one of my last picks in the draft and I like his versatility and there was really not much available.

Looks awesome, actually. Hitting is above average, closers are great. I would trade a hitter to replace Dan Haren, and maybe get someone to replace Crosby, I'm not a big fan of him.

Wow. Great team. Lineup is fantastic. Gordon and Papelbon are the two best closers at this point. And your pitching staff is riddled with dependability. Good work ;-D

crosby was my last pick in the draft i wanted to wait on SS as I felt it was a deep postion there are still solid options on the WW like O Cab i will wait and see how it goes but crosby just had to much potential to pass up.

not bad, but in a 10team league you might be able to get a ss that offers you some speed.

Really good lineup, though, as someone pointed out, you will likely be middle of the pack, since Beltran and Sizemore are the only guys who will get steals for you, and they will probably get you 25 a piece. I like your top 3 starters as well with Peavy, Schmidt and Webb. I think you did pretty well.

nice team ;-D

don't trade or drop Haren this guy is a stud. gets better as the year go's on look at his last to outings. Crosby is alot better than O cab.
O cab is on the waver wire in my 12 team money league. I people on the east coast do not really care about west coast players. jmo
