Help a Brotha Out

Hey I was just wondering if I could get any input on my team. I am currently in an 8 person league and am barely in 4th place, about 10 points behind 3rd (who I really want to pass).

C - McCann
1st - Ortiz
2nd - T. Iguchi
3rd - A.Rod
SS- Rollins
LF- Crawford
CF- Sizemore
RF- Ichiro
Util- R. Howard

BN- Renteria, A. Ramirez, Juan Rivera, and Brian Roberts (DL)

SP- Vazquez, Oswalt, Pettitte, F. Garcia, Mulder, Duke, Patterson(DL), Clemens
RP- Ray, Street, Gordon, Nathan

Right now I am kind of struggling in RBIs, Ks, AVG, K/9, and BBs. Do you think that my team will eventually come around or should I make some moves?

Also who would you recommend that I drop when Roberts/Patterson comes off the DL?
