actually, the last 7 days or so has been overcast and rainy. Apparantly it is supposed to continue for a few more days :-t :~(

cant say it wasnt expected but damn it sucks. If we won that first game, not so bad.

I hated how the rain was pretty much the ame in the 3rd, was it was in the 6th and they called it. I don't like playing for the 5 inning game. If the conditions are playable in the 3rd, then if they don't intensify (which it didnt) then it should be playable in the 6th.

It was unplayable all game, Clement slipped a couple of times. If he went down then the Sox are in trouble, even if he is pretty bad. What if Ortiz hit a wall double and slipped sliding in and broke something?

It should have been called way before the 5th (thats why I think that rule should be gone) not yeah lets just try to get 5 no matter what. I think the umps basically do their best intrest to try to get 5 now then they do to just try to get a full game or know when to call it.

Yeah this sucks. I think Mother Nature screwed up and flip flopped April and May...
