Since the Nats now have an owner, they will probably have a fire sale so they can rebuild. Who knows if that will happen, but Soriano will probably be the first to go.

I don't see Carlos Lee going to the Yankees. The Brewers would want young, cheap talent in return, which the Yankees don't have.

Not to mention that trading Carlos Lee would be the Brewers conceding the season -- they're finally a decent team, the city of Milwaukee would tear them apart if they gave up this early...
