Eh, not that he's been having any impact.
Good thing I benched him; he's been 0-4 so far.

It's understandable if it takes him a couple days to get his timing and strength back. He lost ten pounds this past week.

He had a bacterial infection and lost 10 pounds. Too weak to effectively swing. I'd bench him for a couple more days.

Chavez said he wasn't 100% yesterday, so he was gonna sit today, and try and come back on Tuesday. :-o

Great, so I'll probably play Fielder instead of him, and he'll probably miss one game, and tear it up the rest of the week.

According to sfgate.com, Chavez is expected back Tuesday against the Mariners; he has regained some strength after four days of a bacterial infection.

My league uses weekly lineups so it's either him or Cory Sullivan. I'm leaning the Chavez way with this info.
