Why can I pick up Delmon Young but not Hamel in Yahoo?

They both never played a game in the majors(until last night) so, why is one available & not the others?

Yahoo added Delmon Young and a few other minor leaguers(Drew, Pie) at the beginning of this year. For what reasons they added, who really knows, but Hamels will probably be added in the next day or 2.

i think its based on how late the rookies break camp with the big team

not 100% positive on that but believe thats the case

i think yahoo specualtes as to who's going to make the big club early on in spring training and tries to add them making it possible to draft them. early on, i dont believe delmon was in yahoo, then they added him a few weeks into spring training to give people a shot at drafting him.

yahoo's system stinks. find this kid way back when... and then he pitches a gem and now every joe and jane in the league knows about him!

if the an mlb team has a guy slated to start a game get him in before his debute, not after... argh.
