D'Amico reward my dropping him with a complete game shutout against none other than our man Ishii. Just goes to show you, in the game of baseball, you never know. I'm still not picking him up off the waiver wire, but it makes me think he learned something from his horrible performance in the last game, and maybe won't make the same mistakes in the future....I'll be watching him.

Ouch. Doesn't it sometimes seem as if players time their outings just to mock fantasy owners?

I actually think D'Amico has matured quite a bit overall. He's given up only around half a dozen walks so far - that alone makes him worth watching. Still, he's fooled us before...

heh, heh... unlike you, I gave D'Amico a make-or-break chance. He did well, but I'm still not convinced. He and Estes have burned me pretty bad so far this season. I guess this start bought D'Amico two more chances to prove his worth.
