Of those premier SP prospect that is MLB ready or close to it(thus excluding Matt Garza of the world who's still pretty far down in the system). How would you guys rank the following and WHY? This is not a trade question because I have no interest to aquire any of them at this point, just collecting opinions.
edit: Let's include those that are still pretty early in their MLB careers(less than 50ip career or under 20 years old) like the Matt Cain of the world.
Only premier prospects(don't give me the Josh Johnson of the world)
How would you rank their career with a 2006 point of view?
The list:
Francisco Liriano
Matt Cain
Justin Verlander
Chad Billingsley
Cole Hamels
Jon Lester
Jon Papelbon(as a SP)
Felix Hernandez
Jered Weaver
did I forget anybody? Olsen and Reyes is a step down. All of the Texas pitchers are 2 steps down. Let me know if I forgot somebody.
Thanks

Alay Soler.
He will probably show his face before pelfrey does and is pitching just as well in the minors. Also has internation experience with Cuba and is 26 yrs old, or older heh.

dude, I said MLB ready SP. Bailey is down in high-A Sarasota where he's 1-3 with a 3.35 ERA. Clearly not ready for the show and there is no way he's gonna get the call up this year.

DUDE, I heard the GM on the radio say Homer will likely get a september callup this year. He also has dominating stuff as we all saw in ST.

ok, what I meant was up for more than a cup of coffee. Bailey is an exceptional prospect and could be very good in 2-3 years(find a 3rd pitch, Homer!) but he's not as good as any of those in my list RIGHT NOW!
