Thinking about offering

Mauer, Furcal, and Sizemore for Willingham and Tejada...

Would this be a good deal for me?

If you can get this trade, I would do it. I think Willingham will put up numbers similar to Mauer this year and Tejada is a stud. You can afford the loss of Sizemore since you have Gomes who has been playing well.

Thanks for helping with mine earlier.

If I had to guess, I'd guess you might be a little short in the power categories. Any power upgrades on offense are worth pursuing, especially since your starters and bench look strong. You have solid depth and any 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 upgrades are worth consdering. Just make sure you're giving 2 good players for the best player.

Thanks for the help with mine!

Yes I agree you are lacking heavily in the power category... Try trading one of your ace pitchers to get some much needed batting in your lineup... Hey, I had to do that, trading away Pedro for some much needed power... Go for it man... other than that, insert Gomes into the outfielding lineup... Put Glaus at 3B, put Gomes in OF, put Tracy in Util, sit Crede on the bench... ;-D

As for outfielding, I am just saying on talent, but if you have your own thing on that, its cool, I totally respect that...

I would do that trade for sure. Mauer's on my team and he's kinda been disappointing me. I'd love to have Willingham instead, assuming I could upgrade at Shortstop like you're gonna do.

I did wanna mention the rotating Gomes thing. If you only play the matchups with Gomes, you're gonna have him out of the lineup more often than not. The D-Rays will be playing the Yanks, Sox and Jays a ton. But, it doesn't seem to affect him much. I'd keep him in there no matter what. But, that's just my opinion. You don't wanna miss out on all those Home Runs!

I agree with Green, do that trade. And I would also keep gomes in for the bulk of the year for his power.

Thanks for your help with mine.
