Without a doubt, drop Perez. He doesn't give you much speed with 2 SB's. Even with some weaknesses on your staff, I would drop him.

don't trade for a close with intentions to keep him.
trade thome and griffey for a stud OF like, sheff, pujols, etc,
then in the 1st & 2nd round grab closers
then grab some pitchers like peavy, sheets, runelvys - guys who can get Ks but are on strugglign teams often get overlooked btu provide decent era and whip
