This looks like Cabrera's big chance in NY, with both Sheffield and Matsui out he should be playing almost every day for at least a month (probably more)... is he worth a shot in deep leagues?

No because Bernie and Bubba are going to get most of the playing time.

He would definitely be worth a flyer in deep leagues, but the unfortunate reality is he's outside Joe's circle of trust, from what I can tell.
I'd love it if they got Kevin Thompson in the mix too.
