I like Victorino myself. He was a Rule 5 guy, so his development was stunted a bit. He could turn out to be a good player.
As for my predictions... that's why they call them bold. Claussen could still happen, but I doubt it. It's funny how many Reds I had predicted to do well (and I'm not a Reds' fan, not that there's anything wrong with that), for instance, Bronson Arroyo just missed my bold predictions, but he still made his way on my teams.
An owner in my league dropped him after the injury. Very pleased at this p/u. Here's today's update:
May 15 Zachary Levine, of Phillies.MLB.com, reports Philadelphia Phillies OF Aaron Rowand (nose) meet with members of the media Monday, May 15 - four days after breaking multiple bones in his face running into the center-field wall at Citizens Bank Park chasing down a fly ball from New York Mets OF Xavier Nady. "I didn't want to go into the wall for nothing," Rowand said. "I play hard. That's how I played as a kid. My coaches and my father taught me to play like that." Rowand will have the splint on his nose removed Thursday, May 18, and will be cleared to take swings off of a batting tee.
Lol. I work for the railroad here in Montana. Bowdoin is a siding and there is nothing there so it's especially bad when we sit there for a couple of hours waiting for other trains, usually Amtrak who the railroad gods treat with kid gloves.
oooops ! bowdoin is a top notch college here in the northeast....just heard a rowand on the jim rome radio show..he was on for an hour and seems like a great guy..i missed the first of it so i dont have any health updates but he sounded fine
im assuming this thread is getting closed soon for going off topic and a completely wrong title, so i posted a new update on his health as a new thread.
