Dropping Mench. Using my waiver on Crosby. Drafting Sexson. Sticking with Sexson. Thinking every game would be Sexson's next to turn it around. On my bench now, but maybe you could add not dropping him to my list, cause I'm riding him out there.
Oh yeah, drafting my whole pathetic last place team. The whole team has underperformed, almost down to all but one or two of them.

keeping helton instead of oswalt --of course, their draft pick penalty was different, but still.

Drafting the unit first round last year.

In general, taking closers too early in the draft.
Also, picking Gagne in the 7th round instead of Thome, Schilling, Webb, etc.
Dropped E. Encarnacion after his early slump (deep league).
