I benched Sheff today after a week of 0fers and 1fers. Of course he explodes for 3 runs and rbis..

This brings me back to that thread of whats makes you feel the worst, and ill tell you what, watching Sheff dominate while on my bench SUCKED

I'll ask the dumb question: Who did you start over Sheff? Also, how did that person do today?

thats some funny sh*t, Ive got one to top that though... after Loaiza's 5th win I thought "better sell high" and traded him for WASHBURN! oh well, cant win them all...

I traded Brown for Palmeiro after browns 4th win. Every week I waited for the news of a season ending injury. Nope. I give away a top 5 pitcher for a top 20 (if that) 1b, who I start maybe twice a month. However, this shefflied incident is just killing me. Bad trades dont bother me so much because I don't have to see it in my own boxscore and I almost forget I even had him sometimes, I jus accept it and move on. But Sheff is my man, hes on my team right now, my bench right now, and god it pisses me off

OK here is some consolation...he is going against Tomo Ohka tomorrow...he is lifetime 3 for 4 with 1 HR and 1 RBI and 2 BB...out him back in your line up and watch for a good game again from him... :-)
