Does anyone have any new info on Hermida? I ask because he was just dropped in my league. I was thinking of dropping Blanton, Zimmerman, or Conor Jackson for him.

Hermida is due back this weekend. I'd drop Blanton. Zimmerman has actually had decent numbers the past few weeks. He may be coming around. I think Jackson has too much potential to drop.

I wouldn't drop any of those guys until he proves he can be healthy. Dude is looking like a JD Drew type.

I was high on him this year, at this point forgetaboutit. Plan for him to be good NEXT year

He's rehabing in the minors, so he should be coming back soon.

Saw that on the net this morning:

Jeremy Hermida (hip) was 1-for-3 with three walks in an extended spring training game in Jupiter, Fl. on Monday.
Hermida was pain-free after the outing. Manager Joe Girardi said in a "best case" scenario Hermida would rejoin the Marlins on Friday for the series against Tampa Bay.

I just traded him. I'm not putting up with his nagging injuries that will most likely come back during the season.

He doesn't have an history of nagging injuries in the minors... and was healthy for the entire season last year. So i wouldn't care much about this one!

He's available in my league right now so i'll let him play a couple of games before jumping on the bandwagon he's offering.

Cause this guy has the potential to be a stud! Just wait and see before making up your mind on him.

Keeper league, right? I can't imagine anybody dealing for Hermida in a redraft league right now.
