Is this keeper team built for the now or future?

I wanted to do well this year, but maintain hope for future years (keep 2 hitters and 1 pitcher). My team got off to a really slow start and I was at the bottom, but now I am right in the middle and have won by large margins (H2H) the last 2 weeks and have a big lead right now.

Is my team just hot, or just playing to their abilities and can I expect for them to continue to move me up in the rankings?
