Don't know what to do...

I am currently second to last in a 12 man mixed head2head 5x5 league that goes (R,HR,RBI,SB,AVG) (W,K,SV,ERA,BB)

I know I am sorely lacking a big bat, but I am currently hoping for Griffey to come back from the DL.
I have tried to package a pitcher for a bat, but don't know what to get in return.
Also, pitching remains an issue because some folks have a deep staff, with one team having Johan Schilling and Peavy and another having Westbrook, Haren, Martinez, Johnson. Should I give away any of my pitchers when I'm doing so well right now?
