Do I need to do anything?

Standard Yahoo public league, 12 teams, 5x5 scoring

C: V. Martinez

2B: R. Cano

OF: C. Lee, T. Hunter, J. Francoeur
Util: X. Nady
DL: D. Lee
BN: Griffey-also on DL
BN: Crisp-also on DL

SP: Smoltz, Pettitte, Buehrle, Bonderman, L. Hernandez
RP: Street, Gordon, M. Gonzalez, A. Otsuka, S. Sheilds

My offense has been hurt badly with injuries, but I'm still holding up in the league, shifting back and forth between 3rd and 6th. Should I stick with this team hoping that I will move up once everyone gets healthy, or make a move. I recently traded for Buehrle and Shields because my ERA and WHIP have been awful. I got Nomar, Hunter, Nady, and Francoeur all off the WW tor fill-ins. I also had Alou, but dropped him due to recent injury. I'm doing great in runs, steals, SO's and saves, so-so in HRs and BA, and not-so-good in RBIs, wins, ERA and WHIP.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
