Pretty good power, your hitting should be consistent w/ hr's and esp rbi's, but batting avg you will have some tough weeks, along with scoring runs. SB's is probably going to iffy to, you got Crawford, but if I were you, I'd loose Gathright, cause all he is good for is sb's and occassionally scoring runs.
Pitching is kinda shaky. All of your sp's are a little inconsistent, and your obviously having issues with your rp's (but IMO, that will improve)....

Overall, its a good hitting team, but pitching is where you'll get hurt the most.
