Can I do anything to imporove my team?

Just wondering if there is anything I can do to improve my team in a 10 team, head to head points, league.

I am in third place in my league because I had a slow start, I have made a few moves though so my team has been pretty hot. Should I just stay put? Also, on weeks where I only have one or two 2-start pitchers, do you think it will work to my advantage to start all 3 of my closers? A save is worth as much as a win and they have alot more chances. Any help would be great!
