He was highly touted a few years ago. Does he have the potential to break out this year at age 27, assuming he can stay healthy? He's coming off the DL and is in a position to work his way up in a banged up and slumping Angel lineup. Thinking of maybe adding him right now and I know he isn't owned in many mixed leagues.

Juan Rivera (ribs) will remain with Triple-A Salt Lake for the weekend and is expected to be activated for Tuesday night's game in Chicago. Rivera went 4-for-5 with two doubles, a home run and six RBI in a rehab start Saturday. With Darin Erstad likely headed to the DL, Rivera is in store for regular at-bats in the Angels outfield. No. He doesn't. I think I saw a thread like a month ago saying that Juan Rivera was going to go 20-20 or something ridiculous like that. He won't even be a regular player.

if he does become a regular I can see 20-10 definitely.
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.
he's almost guaranteed to be a regular for the next couple of weeks. you'd know if you should drop him then, but it would be too late to get him if he heats up. my league starts 5 OFs and i just think he's worth a strong look in most formats.

Ya, I have him in my 20 team league, he has some potential
I took Nady(in 22nd round out of 27), Rivera(23/27) and Duffy(25/27) as my 4th - 6th OF in my first year 16 team keeper/dynasty league. So far Nady has been streaky, Rivera DLed, and Duffy just isn't getting on base to steal. I'm hoping Rivera comes in hot and I can platoon him and Nady in their hot streaks in the OF or two Util spots.
