I think I'm going to buy an XBox 360 just to play this game.

I love huge role-playing games like this where you can wander around and do whatever you want. I think I read that there are 6 different clans you can join, each with about 8-10 different positions you can ascend to. That sold me on the game right there.

you may want to sample Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (very cheap now) to get a feel for what it will be like and then if you like it just buy IV for PC instead of cashing out on the 360.

The game does look amazing on a pc!

For some reason I don't really get into PC games.. probably because I have a crappy old Dell laptop.

I'm going to buy a desktop soon though. I need one badly.

i have a dell 8400. just over a year old. if i have the X300, does that mean i have PCI express ro whatever? i think it does.

I'm not sure but I think the 7800 is a better card.

I have a Go 6800 and its definitly not plenty smooth but still very nice.

Oblivion is top of the line
