There are a lot of great playoff series. Some people look at the pitching, hitting or the defense that wins series. I'm looking at the comeback. In the 2004 ALCS, Boston vs New York. It was a huge comeback. The RedSox got swept in NewYork loosing the first 2 games. Coming back to Boston they lost the game. All hopes were up except the fans. The Redsox Had to win all 4 games to get into the World Series. They won 2 more games in Boston but still down 2 games going into one of the hardest places to play in October. Some how they worked as team and some luck in the final innings and come out and win.
A few teams in history has ever came back from 3 games and end up winning the series. The Redsox played great baseball. Went into a very hard stadium that is always packed in october. This series has to be the best comeback in history. So many people counted them out. They played well and just flat out beat the Yankees. I'm not saying it is the best series but It has to be top 7 series of all time.

Yea but they didnt have to go into Yankee Stadium in October which is one of the hardest stadiums and come out with the series. I know the game was done in the 2nd but they were done the whole series and that was what happened to Boston each game and the Yanks troused them. It was there way of getting back and showing everyone that they came back and are for real.
