Any player at all. Who do you think will finish out the season strongest.

Wade Miller and Magglio Ordonez would be my picks for pitcher and hitter.

I also think Sammy Sosa will be great from here on out.
As far as pitching goes, Wade Miller should really be heating up any time now.

My wild guess would be Sosa and Hudson.

what about Pujols? For pitching I would say Wade Miller is due for a breakthtough.

No Love for Thome?

Thome is a notorious for a huge August/September.
and his teamate Wolf also.

and if Kearns gets healthy ... :-)

I'm hoping for Kip Wells and Craig Wilson, who'll probably be the only Pirates starters left after this purge ... But barring that pipe dream, I would say Hudson and Thome. Wade Miller is as always a candidate for the pitcher crown, and Pujols, Maggs, and Sosa could be the best hitters in the second half. Hudson and Thome have the best chance though.
