Alright, he loses his job, pitches 3 scoreless innings in middle relief, reclaims his job and records a save and then this evening, gives up 3 runs without recording an out. With him still struggling in the closers role, I'm most worried about him losing the spot for the year. Anyone else concerned?

Based on how he's been treated so far with his struggles, I don't think that Lidge will "lose the spot for the year." I don't think they would come out and just state that, who would be their better option...Wheeler has been struggling as well. I hope Lidge can find his groove; however I am concerned.
