I certainly think so, in the last 6 games alone they have mustered up 2 runs.. Previous to that they were a little better. They may be in a world of hurt and fall behind fast if they keep hitting like this.. Tonight Zambrano pitches his heart out for nada.. He better get use to it.
They weren't a great offense going into the season and Lee got hurt and Aramis hasn't shown up to play yet. They very well could be the worst though the Twins are right up there with them and I wouldn't want to own any pirate hitters either.
The Cubs STINK!!!! Minnesota at least is respectable at home, and terrible on the road, offensively that is. The Pirates and Royals aren't any better though.

I had to look this up because it seemed so unbelievable.. it turns out that in their last six games, the Cubs have actually scored 3 runs, not 2. (0, 2, 0, 1, 0, 0). This is fully 50% better than what you had suggested. Please take greater care to detail in the future before posting such misleading information.. j/k
I still think they're better than the Royals, though. The Royals often do this with their regular lineup. The Cubs at least can play the injury excuse.
You've got a diamond, You've got nine men You've got a hat and a bat, And that's not all..
In their defense, Park did have pretty electric stuff last night. I would not necessarily argue that the Cubs are not the worst though, they have been pathetic so far since DLee went down.
no one team really wants this moniker anyway, lets just group them together and say the Cubs and Royals couldn't score more than 3 runs per game even if given an extra 3 outs.
