Sharp Cheddar, the sharper the better! ;-D

Mozzarella and Port Wine cheese are good too, but nothing beats cheddar for me.

I like all cheese, too, but I do like cottage cheese. It's a pretty chick thing to eat, but it's not bad to me. It tastes like really diluted milkish product...I don't really mind it.

I guess I like fresh mozzarella and cheddar.

Gorgonzola on salads is killer. ;-D
