Where do I focus my trade discussions

Hey,
I am in the market for a 1B, but I know Sweeney will be back in 2 weeks. Do I trade Rolen and Chipper for Helton...I don't know if Ensberg is a decent replacement for Rolen if I do. Your thoughts...

Losing Rolen and Chipper would be quite a blow, Helton's good but is he worth giving up those two? Why not try to trade one of your 1Bs along with Rolen or Chipper?
