I know he comes back today or tomorrow, and he's an on-base machine with average and a little pop when he's healthy. I already have Thome at first, and Nevin is still available in my league, but I know Johnson hit like 400 or something during his rehab. Whatcha think?

I think his issue will be ABs. Can he get enough to make him worthwhile? My guess is that he will get 5 starts a week, but he is a good hitter.
I have him on my team, but it's a 16-team league. I'm going to wait and see how he starts out.
I think he'll do better than Nevin, though.

Yeah that's true....as a Yankee fan I'm very hopeful he'll play nearly every day, even if it's just as a DH. When he does come back he'll be the best hitter on the bench, better than Ruben Sierra even though Sierra is doing pretty well in the past month and is getting most of the DH ABs lately.
