Maximum Innings Pitched

Postby GratefulHorn » Wed May 03, 2006 7:44 pm

We are a first time league and were wandering what is a common maximum innings pitched limit in a league our size: 10 team, 5x5, H2H. We are trying to regulate spot starting as it has become a problem and we decided a set amount of innings is the best way. Thanks and WHIR.

A minimum of 25. I perfer 30. Dong this will make the pitchers as valuable as batters. You will also want to add in a maximum transaction limit. 40 or 50 is usually about right. Otherwise, managers will still have a tendency to churn.
