Who are the impact Minor Leaguers to pick up?

Looking at the minor leagues so far I have targeted the following players:

Jered Weaver - injuries to Colon and Escobar, he is throwing lights out and his strike outs to walks ratio is excellent, rumors about him being called up before they decided on Kevin Gregg and Carrassco

Chad Billingsley - Brad Penny gets hurt every damn year, Tomko is garbage, Seo is inconsistent, He is major league ready according to scouts and his numbers so far are insane.

Carlos Quentin - Green and L. Gonzo have been mediocre, Byrnes and Davanon are weak, they could get hurt or could make a deal to open a spot. He clearly has done all he can in the minors.

Cole Hamels - Came back from injuries the last 2 years and is healthy, struck out 14 in a AAA outing. Madson is HORRIBLE, Floyd walks the park and could be yanked. Hamels has had 2 sick performances in AAA. He is real close.

Justin Huber - Sweeny on the DL.

Anyone have anyone else worth a pick up? or insight on players listed above. I can stash minor leaguers on my farm and the current free agent pool is a disaster.

You would be much better off asking this in the appropriate Minor League & College Baseball forum.
