First Year: Rate my team

I don't really follow baseball (i am a fantasy football guy) but I think my team is decent. I'm in second place at the moment (1 GB). When it came to picking Pitchers, I just picked the players names that I recognized from my Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball game (from like 2000).

my friend told me I should try to trade off Chipper to somebody that needs a 3B man. watch do ya'll think? If so, what should i look for in return to improve my team?

i would try to get a rielf pitcher, izzy is good but not great, and otsuka might be a short term answer, still hearing that cordero might get another shot in the future.
