if the winds blowing in.. start him.. if its blowing out.. keep your fingers crossed! Honestly tho.. with or without wind.. i probably would start him tomorrow. No good reason why.. he has OK stats vs the Cubs. 4.25ERA.. 243BAA vs them. I think its one of them deals where he'll probably pitch pretty good but may not get the win esp if Wood is on his game.
