I don't have any solid information, but I heard on a TB telecast that he would probably be ready for next week.

Cantu News from today, courtesy of CBS:

According to broadcast reports, Julio Lugo hit four sharp hits in five at-bats in a rehab game on Wednesday. But the news wasn't quite so good for Jorge Cantu (foot), who said he probably won't be back on the field until June.
