What is wrong with this team???????

I'm in 9th place in a 5x5 Yahoo, non-keeper, Roto league. Lot of rookies in this league. I was so confident coming out of the draft that I would run away with this thing. But I'm way down in the standings. Frankly, I need some fresh sets of eyes to maybe see something I'm missing.

Look, any advice is appreciated about: where I'm lacking, and whether its' an area I should improve upon, or sit tight and wait for the player to perform to capabilities.

After Turnbow, your pen is a bit shaky. Also, your power hitters seem to be coming up short this season. You could use one more major bat in the infield?

I had Beltre too, but he has been weak this year so I dropped him and picked up Casey Blake of the Indians. So far he has helped. Also, is Bill Hall available on waivers?? He would be a great steal for you ( I just picked him up as well). Check out his stats last wekk. You can also play him at 2nd, 3rd, or OF.
