Furcal over Peralta for the steals and try to get rid of Bedard if his next start is great. he is good but not as good as the first month. I would try to get a guy or 2 with a higher batting average but that is just my preference.

Other than that the team looks solid.

Better yet, package Bedard and Peralta to someone hurting at SS and get another #1 starter and keep yourself on top.

You might package some of your 2nd tier starters and maybe a bat and get a true ace type pitcher.

why wouldnt you pick up willingham? hes projected to hit 25-30 bombs this year, and with catcher eligibilty, thats huge... not to mention hes hitting with Mcab behind or in front of him... hes gonna be a stud

Definitely agree. Willingham is worth more than Mauer in H2H anyway (Mauer doesn't steal enough to negate Willingham's power). I also would try and upgrade from Mike Gonzalez and Benitez. Other than that you have a very solid team that you shouldn't have to do much for it compete for a championship.
