The thing is you can't magically take away injury problems, if so Greg Miller would be up there just as high. In any case he was better IMO then Kazmir back when they were in A ball and I still think he would be if he could stay healthy.

With Hamels, it is just a thing of him being healthy. He has the talent to be in the majors by now if the injuries had never hit him. If he can stay healthy, I think he has a shot to be in the majors this year at some point, and then hopefully take over a rotation spot next year.

I know Upton is about as good as it gets, but I don't know if I have the patience...
Lets see an injury prone pitcher, who are risky even w/ out injuries ... or possibly the best prospect after Delmon. Not to say it's a no brainer, but unless you like to play it risky, I know who I would take. Also if you are impatient, well just wait till Hamels has another injury ...he isn't the quickest healer in the world I will tell you that (as evident from his total 51 IP in the last 2 years).
Let's hope he doesn't have another one of those injuries and stays out of bar fights (whatever the circumstances). At the very least, haven't most of the injuries been unrelated? (shoulder, triceps, back, bar fight/broken hand)
