Hey guys, my team is doing well right now, and I am currently in first place, but I was wondering what else there was to do in order to improve my team. What stat categories should I pay more attention to? Things may seem a little off, but that's because I'm in a 20 category league, so saves are undervalued and things such as holds are valuable. The individual categories are: R, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, PO, A, E, AVG, IP, W, L, SV, H, BB, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP

Util: Chris Shelton ( I am not trading Chris Shelton. He is no longer hot, and his value is decreasing daily. I need him for the putouts, and he is very helpful in many categories. Please suggest something other than me selling him high.

You're in 1st place...you worry a lot . I honestly have no suggestions. Not really any offense holes, Glaus is coming around, as is Crawford...Howard still isn't doing a lot but I think you have to wait it out. Hard to tell what your weak cats are without seeing your standings.
Your rotation is solid despite Peavy's early season struggles and Patterson on the DL. Schilling is still performing, Webb is Webb, Felix has nowhere to go but up really, and Schmidt/Bonderman are doing better as well. 2 closers, although Benitez isn't exactly solid, 3 great holds guys...
Oh yeah, trade Shelton...j/k. And why do I always end up posting right before/after you in all my threads? Same time 'o the night visitors I spose.
You may want to try and shop Crawford if you are getting Reyes. Seems like you might be able to get a top flight starter or closer. You can never have too many of either. Other than that, I you have a solid team.

just got jeter, wright and freddy garcia for schilling, webb, and glaus. i downgraded pitching and upgraded hitting, while selling high on all 3 of my players. now i have no real holes on either side...right?
I like your team a lot....I think you will see a lot of improvement if you sit tight - primarily out of carl crawford...he's having a slow start but be patient and I think you will have a great shot at the title
