Eh, just like investing in your financial future, you gotta invest wisely in your fantasy players.
You gotta keep cash, invest in low-risk/low-reward bonds, and invest in high-risk/high-reward stocks. The best mix will ensure your success.
I'd say go for the newbie call-ups but don't make your whole team of those guys. As always, do your research first also for a greater chance of reward.
