Can someone reduce this image so that I can use it as my avatar without losing the graphics?

I know I could never figure it out. !+)
I know how to simply reduce the size but I can not figure out how to reduce size while maintaining graphics...I sure hope it is possible although like I said I don't know how either. :~(

I tried to make it 75x75 and it would only go to 3 colors :-o It may not be possible, maybe you should tell menyak to raise the limits ;) :-b

There's really no way to get it under 6kb. I tried but didn't even come close. :-/
