When I drafted I thought I had a solid team. As of now, I'm 14-26-4 in 16th out of 20th place. I'm seriously considering blowing up my team. Crosby and Kotchman have been dissappointing. Actually, lets throw in every A's player I have. I have Harden, Lugo, Hermida, and basically Crosby on the DL. It's a 20 team H2H league (r,Hr,SB,RBI,Avg,Ops, W,Sv,K,ERA,Whip). What should I do? I have one roster spot available right now. I was thinking about trading Lugo or Crosby, but their starts stopped that pretty quickly. Am I overreacting to a slow start, or do I have legit concerns? Thanks.

I've never played H2H, in a 20 team league and in a league w/OPS as a category, you might want to wait for H2H or 20 team league experts to answer this one.
I wouldn't trade Lugo (selling low). Kearns should be starting over WPena.
You definitely need a better 1B than Kotchman and a better OF than WPena and Gathright. Kearns is your 2nd OF, right now. If you can trade Kearns and someone for a solid OF or 1B then that would be good.
You're okay at C, 2B, 3B, SS once Lugo is back. Are Lugo and Crosby the only players you have with 2 positions? You could also trade one of your IF (Hardy, Crosby or Cano) to try to land the OF or 1B.
You listed JJHardy twice so did you forget to mention someone else?
One quick suggestion: pick up J. Cruz for Romero. Romero isn't pitching in pressure situation or late in games so he might not get a lot of vulture wins or holds.
I already made some of the moves I was thinking about. I dropped Mathis, Hermida, Romero, and Delmon Young. I then picked up Tony Armas, Conor Jackson, and Freddy Sanchez. I still have one roster spot open.
Vladrules: I'm an Angels fan, but I see and hear alot about the A's. I tend to pick more of them since I hear and get more daily info about their players.
I'm thinking about quickly picking up Cory Sullivan and dropping Gathright. Then pick up Halsey, Cruz, or Wise.
Thanks for the thoughts so far guys.

grab CSullivan; he's everyday player and COL playing this week. actually since it's H2H, you may not get him for this week's homestand. check if they're at home next week. I'd grab Sullivan for the open spot. At worst you have him as your 3rd OF over WPena when Sullivan is playing at Coors for the whole week.

Makes a lot of sense. Both are good teams.
Do you normally keep that many hitters and no bench pitchers? Juan Cruz is a SP now so may not want to grab him. MWise is a pretty solid RP. Is JKennedy available?
Ya, I picked up Sullivan already. Hopefully I'll get him(#14 waiver). Joe Kennedy is available, however Brad Halsey has impressed me more (good stats, more innings). Still undecided over Cruz, Wise, or Halsey. I'd also like to trade Crosby or Lugo for another starter or bigger outfield bat, but their starts have dropped their values to almost nothing.
