At least Polanco is hitting .300. Furcal is doing nothing.

Furcal is on pace for 114 runs and 36 stolen bases. That's not exactly "nothing," and it's much better than anything Polanco has ever been able to do fantasy-wise.

Did anyone see yesterday's game? It sounded like Furcal was hitting the ball hard. Or maybe the other pitcher was just so lousy he made everyone look like Pujols?

From CBS:
Furcal moved to No. 2 slot

Rafael Furcal, SS LA

News: The Dodgers rearranged their lineup on Tuesday, making changes to every spot. Rafael Furcal was dropped out of the leadoff spot, swapping places with Kenny Lofton. Jeff Kent was dropped from fourth to fifth, with Nomar Garciaparra moving up to third and J.D. Drew taking over the cleanup spot. Rookie Andre Ethier batted sixth in his major league debut, with Oscar Robles playing third at and Dioner Navarro batting eighth.

Analysis: Furcal went 1-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run scored with two walks. Expect to see Furcal saddled in the second slot, especially if he keeps hitting well. He's hitting .204 through 103 AB.

What?! He's 4 for his last 33... or do I have the wrong Rafael Furcal, SS for LAD? LOL

Apr 28 The Long Beach Press-Telegram's Tony Jackson reports Los Angeles Dodgers SS Rafael Furcal (shoulder) is battling a sore shoulder he believes is a direct result of an injury to a finger on his left hand.

Looks like that injury is moving up to his head next. Hold onto him though. He may be able to get that average up to .220 soon. Fantasy superstar.

Furcal's 1st half last year was horrible and he finished the year with good stats - he will be fine, be patient

Its Karma for not signing with the Cubs and then knocking D.Lee out until June!
