They are killing me! 5 already for the year and he only had a total of 8 all season last year.

Catcher is not a position that normally hurts me in this category and was just wondering if anyone knew what is going on?

If he continues this trend, I might be forced to look for someone with less of a bat but a bit more stable behind the plate.

what does errors really matter in a fantasy perspective? you should just tell the guys in your league to getrid of that dumb category.

Hmmmmm... Yeah, But that really doesn't help me much now.

I can see the point of the Error category, it makes you think twice when picking up a good hitting player that puts forth alot of errors.

Sure a player may hit 40 HRs and 120 RBIs but when he K's 150 times and makes 25 errors, you have to wonder if the 30 HR guy with 80 K's and 5 errors would be better.

There's certainly nothing "dumb" about acknowledging that defense is a third major part of the game. I wouldn't mind if our league added a defensive category one of these years. Heaven forbid we ever deviate from the 5X5 categories that Moses brought down from the mountaintop.
