Roto vs H2H Points League Strategy

I'm doing my first roto league tomorrow (BA, HR, RBI, Steals, W, S, ERA, WHIP). Weekly Line-ups.

How much does draft strategy change at all? If there are certain things, could someone state the key points (I'm thinking more balance)?
