Gary Sheffield - OF - Yankees

Gary Sheffield left Saturday's game in the fifth inning with an undisclosed injury following a collision with Shea Hillenbrand at first base.
Bubba Crosby replaced him in right field. Sheffield appeared to hurt his left leg as his knee made contact with the helmet of a diving Hillenbrand. Apr. 29 - 3:47 pm et

It doesn't seem to be bad at all, he might be playing tomorrow, at DH most likely

since it is sunday (day game after night game), i would think that he will probably get the day off...

Yeah, probably. I just meant it doesn't look like it's going to be bad at all and he COULD play tomorrow. I bet he'll sit too.

Do you mean...day game after a day game...the Yankees played in the afternoon on Saturday, 4/29...

so does he get the starting spot or do Sheff owners sub him out??? What to do??? My guess is that everyone is going to be playing it safe with hi out of the lineup.
