Why is this guy sucking so much? is he gonna ever turn it around and be the consistent and dependable pitcher of the past or is he all washed up?

who exactly are you quoting by saying "descent?" I never used the word "descent", however i think that the word "descent" is more than appropriate to descibe radke and his career.

and in regards to your question, he was a 20 game winner in 97 and has averaged around 14 wins and a sub 4.30 e.r.a with a 1.20 whip for his whole career.

so back to my orginal question, does anyone think that he can turn this thing around?

I am hoping he turns it around. He is killing me. I keep throwing him out there thinking this will be the week he gets it right. I still think though he is a good 4th or 5th starter for fantasy purposes, no way this will continue.

I don't know what's wrong with him. He wasn't bad last year and he was battling nagging injuries all year. This year he was supposed to be healthy, so I thought he'd be at least as good.

Long story short--imo it's time to cut the ties on him if you're in a 12 team league or smaller.
