I could care less about Damon and the delicate emotions of the Red Sox fans (and I hate myself for bumping this thread) but did anyone see the those t-shirts at the game? They had a picture of Damon and said:

Looks like Jesus
Acts like Judas
Throws like Mary

I was wondering why people were still discussing this thread...I haven't seen that shirt before the posts here. THAT is funny. He is somewhat Mary-like with his throws.

i wouldn't boo him. he did a nice job in boston. the red sox didn't really want him back.

many of the people who are raining down the boos are those fringe bandwagon fans "rock-star" johnny damon attracted. these fans can't name 5 players on the yankees roster, or the starting lineup of their home team, but they can go to the stadium and act cool by wearing their pink red sox hat and starting "yankees suck" chants. doesn't matter if the yankees are even in town.
