Bought 2 tickets to TOOL
Row S which is 20 rows from the stage Upper Orchestra Pit. Awesome seats.
Confirmed them online as being that.
I get the tickets today and they are upper balcony.
Call ticketmaster they won't do anything they screwed me.
Now online it shows my tickets being upper balcony.
The things I'd like to do to ticketmaster.
Ok so I know some of you guys no how to find phone numbers of basically everyone.
I'd like to have a word with some ticketmaster losers
Find me these numbers and I'll be very happy:
Terry Barnes
Chairman
Sean Moriarty
President and Chief Operating Officer
Susan Bracey
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Edward J. Weiss
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
David Goldberg
Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

You should be able to do something. You paid for something that you didn't recieve.

I know where you're coming from. I tried to buy tickets to Snakes on a Plane via ticketmaster and they told me that they wouldn't sell tickets. What the hell?
I don't see big concerts because I won't deal with Ticketmaster. They're evil.

I usually buy my tickets through ticketmaster on line. I print out every page as I go through the process. I also check the seating chart before I confirm. Then I print my own ticket (cheaper than shipping). If you have a confirmation printed out with Upper Orchestra on them you should be compensated in some way.
I think their headquarters are in West Hollywood, CA, if that helps. You can always write a letter to them.
Call information and ask for the phone number.
