Does anyone know of any legit work-at-home jobs? I see these commercials online where you have to buy kits and can make 2 million. Whatever. We had our first kid and my wife is staying at home and I was looking into some at home stuff she could do to help pay the bills.

there arent many legit work at home jobs. the best ones are normal jobs where you have negotiated the right to telecommute. other than that, it kind of depends on the qualifications of your wife. a friend of mine converts photo albums to cd/dvd slide shows for people in his spare time. its not exactly regular work though. if she is computer incline, she could refurb used computers and then resell on ebay/craigslist. you might also consider a part time job. when you get home from work she could waitress a few nights/weekends. there is also writing, but its hard to get people to buy your articles unless you already have an established name.

not sure what kind of talent she had, but she could always get into making jewelry, candles, whatever...women will buy this crap at places called "craft shows"

some people make their own stuff. some people clean out their basement/attic. i think some people browse garage sales and craigslist and resell things they get for cheap. i've done that a few times...got some bargain computers at a corporate going out of business sale and resold later for $50-$100 a piece more than what i paid for them. ebay is basically the worlds largest flea market. you can sell anything and everything. you could make a killing intentionally burning the image of the virgin mary into various food items. you'd rot in hell, but you'd be able to pay the rent.

Anyways:

I'll buy ski's at barking bear forums and sell them for like 50 bucks.

I'll sell old computer parts, ski passes, gamecube games, anything really.

I sold an old stupid sword on ebay for like 50 bucks.

Its easy to get started. Find stuff you don't need and sell it. Then start seeing what stuff goes for on ebay and try to pick it up cheaper.

Geography is good too. I live in Denver so I get stuff really cheap when it comes to snow sports. I usually can sell it for way more to people on the east coast.

The key is customer service. If I'm slow with shipping or someone doens't think I explained exactly how "Clean" something was I might refund shipping.

Anyways I look on craiglist alot for stuff that I can sell for a profit on ebay.



One time I got 2 for 1 coupons to Vail everytime I ate at Panda Express.

Vail Tickets are $78+

So I put them on ebay and people bought them for like 40 bucks each.

I made 1200 dollars this way. Also concert tickets bring alot.

I got 4 tickets to broncos/stealers for 400 bucks and sold them for 1200 as well.

So yea.
