this is pretty exciting. I dont even have chavez but this gives my pitchers, harden and mulder, more run support and hopefuly more runs for ruby and tejada
let's hope chavez is starting to produce like the 2nd-half stud he is....haven't seen any a's games lately so i can't get a feel for chavez' "plate presence" and whether his hand/shoulder are still bothering him.

I don't have Chavez...but I do have Harden and Mulder both...So I hope this is the turning point for Chavez...(at least when they pitch... )
Useless Trivia of the day
England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.
this is great, tejada's getting his hits, chavez his homers, ruby is walks , mulder his wins, harden his dp's, and byrnes his bench. good combo to say the least. i see flippy and his mariners arent't doing too well.
